Most clogged showers and sinks are usually caused by oils, soap, hair, creams etc. Most of these stoppages are soft and easily dislodged. First, you will need several rags or towels and a standard rubber plunger. Position your plunger’s cup over the drain opening.
Apply up and pressure on your plunger to attempt to clear drain obstruction. 1-3 moderate attempts will take care of most slow drain problems. Cover the basin vent opening on bathroom basin sink before using plunger to avoid any splash back.

Once you have your drains opened and operating, you can maintain peak performance in your drains by pouring 2 cups of bleach into each fixture drain opening once every 6 – 9 months.
Try pouring two cups of bleach into each sink, and shower drain, allow bleach to stand 20-30 minutes.
WARNING! Do not pour bleach into any drain that may have chemicals used to clear stoppages.
Flush with hot – warm water for 3 minutes to help keep your drain pipes in service.
During the cold season protect your pipes from freezing by allowing a small amount of water to drip from a hose or faucet. Water will freeze slower when in motion, so, you may be able to prevent costly repairs caused by busted water pipes.
